At Delta Air Lines, I led an initiative to enhance training effectiveness for a workforce of 10,000+ skilled employees with VR. I conducted interviews and field studies to learn about the user group and their language, and then identified critical training gaps that impacted pass rates and resource utilization. I worked closely with the stakeholders, designers and strategists, and developed a VR training program using Unity and C#, to significantly reduce training time while improving learning outcomes. I conducted usability tests and interviews with subject matter experts to refine the training modules. The pinnacle was presenting the final product to Delta's leadership—COO, CIO, and Chief Customer Experience Officer—eliciting immediate enthusiasm and recognition of the project's value.
