My research is at the intersection of psychology and computer science; this unique placement allows me to study the impact of technology on people and the greater community, and use those insights to shape the products in a responsible and ethical manner. I particularly study how the provision of information would impact users’ trust, comfort, behavior towards technology, and eventually technology adoption, specifically for Virtual Reality and self-driving vehicles.
Below are a few examples of the projects I have worked on: |
Bridging Virtual Reality and the Real World
|
Trust in Self-Driving Cars (funded by Toyota)
